The Grease Release FOG (Fat, Oil & Grease) separation system provides you with a highly effective non-mechanical solution for your commercial kitchen grease management requirements.
 
Food solid waste is removed and strained from the pot wash water via an internal fine mesh food basket. You have full control of the excellent recycling opportunity, deciding when to release FOGs to an external stainless steel container with 98% effectiveness.
